Terms & Conditions
These rates are valid from the date of acceptance of this letter and until 30th Sep. 2008.
• Rates are net and non commissionable and on per night basis.
• All rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Our check in and check out time is 12 noon
• All confirmed reservations would be held until 1500 hours on the day of arrival. Post this; reservations will be released unless guaranteed by credit card or cash payment or by a billing instruction letter from companies on the approved list of Hotel Central Plaza.
• In the event of a no-show, one night retention charges will be levied
• All the above rates are applicable for the booking of maximum of 04 rooms at a time.
• Payment Terms: All bills will be settled either in cash or by an approved Travellers Cheque/Credit Card. Bill to company request will be accepted only on the company letter head duly signed by the authorized signatory and payments will be cleared with in 30 days from the date of receipt of the bills.
